A couple stand out on recent placed efforts. Awesome Allan found one too good over 5f at Windsor and both earlier wins came over the minimum trip but BOLD SPIRIT went close over today’s distance at Leicester and drops down a grade for this. He gets the nod to go one better. Boogie Babe has yet to win and Mr Michael remains 9lb higher than when scoring at Down Royal during the summer. Uncle Charlie won off a similar mark at Thirsk earlier this year and Wilde Extravagance slides further down the weights.
