        Verdict

Dick Bos was a big disappointment on his comeback at Newcastle when sent off favourite, although it's too soon to write him off and he should finish closer today. Baldemar was second over track and trip last time when Defence Council finished fourth and the former looks to have leading claims. Klynch has been back on a winning mark for some time but looks no nearer winning and CHOOSEDAY is preferred. The latter will have come on for his seventh in much better company at Doncaster in March. Kevin Ryan's charge gets the nod ahead of We'll Deal Again and the returning Henry Bee.
