      Verdict

Angel Grace seems best on ground with some give and hasn't raced since April. Carnageo has struggled off higher mark since winning by six lengths here at the start of June while Causey Arch has gone up a further 2lb since failing complete his hat-trick at Thirsk six weeks ago. SHUFOOG only found one too good in a better race than this at York last month. Paul Hanagan takes over the reins here and William Haggas' raider is only a pound higher so looks the one to beat. Airton won at Doncaster last month before finishing third at Newcastle and looks the pick of the remainder.
