Verdict

BLOOD CRAZED TIGER went close in a bumper over 2m3f at Naas in February when second to Genie In Abottle. The latter went on to win a hurdle race so Gordon Elliott’s charge may well have strong enough form to land this. Crosshue Boy also went close to winning when second at Kilbeggan recently while Willie Mullins runs Merry Night, a runner-up at Clonmel but still beaten a long way. Lakeside Castle has been placed in bumpers but point-to-point winner Rathnure Rebel was a big disappointment at Leopardstown on his first start in a bumper.
