In depth

Verdict

New Kid In Town made his bumper debut at Ballinrobe and gave supporters of the odds-on Sir Abbot a fright. That race was run at a crawl and with a stronger gallop likely he looks certain to be involved in the finish. Supreme Vinnie made his debut in a strong Cork bumper and showed plenty of promise while Wilde Breeze also ran well behind Fort Smith at Ballinrobe. LISS UI RIAIN was also behind the latter when a close third on her debut at Killarney where she caught the eye in no uncertain terms. She has the benefit of Derek O'Connor in the saddle this time and this looks a good opportunity. Rathmuk Native has some strong bumper form last year and reverts to the Flat after two poor efforts over timber.
