Verdict

Dubai Devils has never won but he's been placed in his last four starts in the UK and should be thereabouts again. NA TRACHTALAI ABU had been chasing before reverting to hurdles off a lower mark at Kilbeggan and landing what looked a competitive handicap. He's up 7lb but is still well treated and looks capable of completing a double. Making Shapes hasn't been in the best of form but the Cork maiden winner could bounce back at any time while Une Lavandiere was engaged to run here last night so the result should be monitored. The Informer changed stables and ran his best race for a very long time at Punchestown while As Bee See was very impressive at Fairyhouse in April though has been hit with a massive 16lb rise as a consequence. Any more rain would aid the cause of Lizzies Champ, a convincing winner on heavy going at Limerick in December.
