Sherman McCoy is back for another crack having won this last year off a 2lb higher mark and may be thereabouts but Lily In Pink makes more appeal, despite a 9lb rise, as she won by six lengths at Chepstow recently. Wild Desert has been threatening a return to winning ways and Swinging Hawk has every chance dropped in class after a fourth over 2m at Haydock. But this is also much less competitive than the race WESTERN PRIZE reappeared in at Newmarket in May where he finished sixth to Mount Athos. He looks to have solid claims in this company and gets the nod ahead of Windsor third Anton Dolin.
