PEOPLETON BROOK is a likely type for a race of this nature and can get the better of Ask Jenny and War And Peace. The last named registered an overdue success when he won with a bit in hand here last time out. He is respected but it has to be debatable whether the drop to six furlongs will be ideally suitable in his follow up bid. Ask Jenny is a regular in this type of event and, as she is a very suitable ride for an inexperienced pilot, the eight-year-old can give her young partner an exciting minute or so. However, Peopleton Brook is very well treated just now and, as he seems to be thriving on being kept busy; this would appear to be a good time to give the mount of Ryan Powell another chance to shine.
