Verdict

Harbour Watch cost 58,000gns and an entry in one of the valuable sales races later in the year suggests he could prove best of the newcomers ahead of Opera Buff and The Blue Banana. He's likely to go close, especially if supported in the betting, but a chance is taken on AVON PEARL. Henry Candy's charge faded in the final stages over 6f at Leicester on his recent debut and finished sixth, but it's notable that he reappears in this higher grade maiden and he's presumably improved since. Yammos looks next best of those with experience after being placed at Brighton last time.
