    Verdict

Pettochside has been threatening to get his head back in front was only beaten half-a-length when favourite at Goodwood earlier this month when Intibaah and Waseem Faris were behind. The latter also finished behind EDGED OUT here 10 days ago and Chris Mason’s seven-year-old is fancied to defy his penalty with Mitch Godwin again taking off 5lb. It remains to be seen if the drop back to 5f will help Satchville Flyer but Pearl Noir is all about speed and could be hard to peg back if allowed an uncontested lead.
