Verdict

Korker placed at Newcastle a week ago but there was little between him and CLARENDON HOUSE at Haydock before that. The latter won off a higher mark at Beverley last season and with a tongue-tie applied and an apprentice taking 3lb off his back, he gets the vote. Stablemate Arecibo has a bit to find but Dream Composer should go well back over the minimum trip for this and can confirm earlier running with Dubai Station. Can To Can has something to prove in this grade.
