        Verdict

        Grandads Horse bounced back to form at Wetherby last time but is 5lb higher in a better grade. Mart Lane won well at Stratford on his first start for Richard Newland and may be capable of better while Paul Nicholls runs Rebel Rebellion, who started favourite at Chepstow on his reappearance, and the consistent Domtaline. Ackertac ran well in decent company last season but may struggle to defy his big weight and more interesting is KAPGA DE CERISY. He's turning into a real Sandown specialist and his in-form yard won a competitive handicap chase with a similar type at Ascot last week.
