      In depth

      Formwatch

Alcayde Needs a truly run race to bring the best out of him, should strip fitter for his reappearance run at Kempton last month and although he has to give weight away all round he has strong claims in a race that will be quickly forgotten..

Favoured Option (IRE) Open to improvement but it took him a few outings to get going last term and he may just need the run after such a long break.

Benick (IRE) Lost his way at the start of the year and has a few questions to answer on his reappearance here.

Baltic Magic (IRE) Won a beginners chase at Tramore back in January but showed little in his two outings afterwards and is another who should come on for the run.

Kippanour (USA) Game effort at Huntingdon last time but found Veneguera too tough in the closing stages, he is a dour stayer but this drop in trip may go against him here.

Geisha Stuck to his task well last time and should be suited to this track, one to consider.

Mr Christie Capable in this grade but is another who has a bit to prove after a long lay off.

      Benbradagh (IRE) Best watched.

Laal Yan Not really setting the world alight at the moment but he hails from a stable in form and a market move for him would be interesting.

Miss Lacroix Needs to get her own way and it is hard to predict if she will be on a going day, best watched.

Fantasy Park Ran well without the visor last time and the fact that the headgear is omitted this time would suggest he may fare a little better, but he does not look to be the most reliable of characters.

Java Sea Making a quick reappearance after a fair effort at Wetherby last week and his overall profile is not convincing.

Absolutely Hopeful Better effort at Wetherby last week but the ground may have gone against him here.

Gortroe Guy (IRE) Hard to recommend here.

Granby Bell The visor is back on today but his best days seem to be behind him at the moment.

Equity's Darling (IRE) Course and distance winner but has a bit to prove after almost a year off the track.
