In depth

Verdict

Mark Johnston's Fox Hunt is lightly raced after just two outings but needs to improve from his handicap debut effort when fourth behind Dhaular Dhar at Musselburgh last week and a better bet looks to be REVERED, who looks the one to beat. Sir Michael Stoute's filly stepped up from her reappearance effort behind Beachfire here over nine furlongs when finishing a close up second behind the same rival over course and distance when last seen in July and she can go one better today racing off just a 3lb higher mark. Gary Moore's Funday could be of interest on her return to action having not been seen since October, while Peter Makin's Sandor has been running consistently well of late including over course and distance last time.
