      Verdict

      The handicapper has taken no chances with Flavius Titus and raised him 10lb for winning a lower grade contest at Doncaster. Mutakatif ended last year with a novice success at Chester and Jim Crowley prefers him to Tadbir, who was well beaten in Listed company last time. But RUM RUNNER has a run under his belt and it was a decent effort when not beaten far at Haydock last month. The Hannon colt should be sharper for that and should go close having won his maiden over course and distance last year but Zalshah and Mr Top Hat are harder to recommend off their current marks.
