      Verdict

      This has gone to outsiders in two of the last three years and three-year-olds have won half of the six renewals. Marcus Tregoning won the race two years ago and RIVER DART (NAP) can emulate that one. He won a better-class handicap than this at Ascot last month and was still in touch when badly impeded in a much stronger race at Goodwood last time. Zambeasy had looked a certain future winner when placed here and at Lingfield and duly obliged on a return visit here last month when making all. He's only been raised 4lb so has to be on the shortlist. Craftsmanship is 7lb higher than his last victory at Windsor and faces a stiff task while winning hurdler Rayak reverted to the Flat and gained a shock victory at Chepstow though the softer ground should aid his cause. Chain Of Events loves this track and is now on an attractive mark.
