In depth

Verdict

Freya's Dream is clearly on the upgrade after comfortable victories at Doncaster and Beverley. Tim Easterby's lightly raced performer has further improvement to come and should give another good account despite a further 6lb hike in the weights. Golden Spectrum has had his excuses since landing a Salisbury maiden and both trip and ground conditions should be ideal while Constitute failed to handle Goodwood when last seen and could be a different proposition here but Sholay may find this on the sharp side despite the aid of a first-time visor.
