    Verdict

CAPTAIN PEACOCK went close over track and trip a fortnight ago despite drifting off a straight line in the closing stages. He should be thereabouts one again but none off these can be easily dismissed. Mystikana was an easy winner on the all-weather over 1m4f last time while Yangtze was placed over the same distance at Newbury last month and first-time headgear is applied. Blakeney Point and Chelsea's Boy have both won over 1m4f this year and drop down a grade for this while the unexposed Folly Bergere encounters fast ground for the first time as she steps up in trip.
