Verdict

Maurice Barnes looks to have found a good opportunity for ATTYCRAN to finally get off the mark. The latter has gone close on more than one occasion this year including a narrow-margin defeat over track and trip and a conditional's 7lb allowance further helps his cause. Takaatuf has won over hurdles at this track and is having only his second start over fences while Sycho Fred won a chase at Southwell in July though he's failed to complete in a couple of subsequent starts. Peak Seasons could prove best of the remainder.
