    Verdict

LEGALIZED looks an improving sort and gets a handy 7lb from Arthur Mac, who looks more of a stayer, and 14lb from Shantaluze, who won a couple of races at Bangor before the turn of the year. The latter should stay this longer trip but faces a stiff task on these terms. Petitioner won on the Flat but weakened quickly at Doncaster on his debut over hurdles.
