Verdict

Runswick Royal was very disappointing at Wetherby after making a winning debut at Haydock and may be worth opposing over this longer trip under a penalty. The Bold Lord is edging closer to a first victory but, like Cheeky Cherokee, has less scope than the likes of Alfapoint and C&D third Crooked Arrow who is now tried in blinkers. Stuart Crawford's bumper horses are usually worth a second look here and LEGACY GOLD is no exception. She will probably be better over further in time but this could develop into a test of stamina if the ground has cut up so she can make a winning debut.
