Carrietau posted a better effort at Newcastle last time and is only 4lb higher than when successful at Musselburgh in November. He should be in the firing-line again but this can go to THE THIRSTY BRICKY. The latter was below par on his latest start but recorded a double in March, including a victory over C&D under today's conditional, and David Thompson's chaser is given another chance today. Soul Magic was in fine form at Cartmel last summer winning four times in a row and isn't out of this off his current mark while Signalman is another to consider on his recent second to Pena Dorada at Hexham.
