Verdict

Cartonne had solid claims in the 1.42 Doncaster yesterday which appears to have the left the way open for PEEJAYBEE to record a third win in five starts over timber, despite a double penalty. Richard Spencer’s charge has already placed here and forecast conditions should bring his stamina into play. Not Long Now appeared to show massive improvement when third at Ludlow and could be the one for forecast-backers with Alison Johnson taking off 7lb.
