In depth

Verdict

Petite Margot, The Bandit and Theatre Knight are three against the field in a wide open handicap chase and the vote is given to Petite Margot. The selection was a good second behind Gallic Gift last time out that form looks solid and off the same mark here she will be hard to beat. The Bandit rates the main danger as he has dropped to a lenient mark and has conditions to suit but he downed tools quickly once headed last time and is taken on with this in mind. However he could improve for the step up in trip. Theatre Knight is another that could go well as he looks sure to appreciate the step up in trip and with his yard in form he could go well at a price. Stagecoach Diamond is a bold jumping front runner but has yet to prove he stays this far while Lucky Nellerie has won over course and distance before but is best when allowed to dominate and as he looks sure to be taken on for the lead he is opposed and for the winner we return to Petite Margot who is sure to run her race.
