Verdict

Firth Of The Clyde drops down a grade after finishing second at Kelso and will go close again with a similar effort. TOP WOOD (NAP) is looking to bounce back from a below par run at Taunton but had gone close to landing the Welsh Grand National at Chepstow before that and David Pipe's charge gets the nod on that form. Sa Suffit won this last year off a 2lb lower mark and is not out of this while Mwaleshi has slipped back down the handicap since winning at Haydock at this time last year.
