Verdict

Lucky Spring loves it around here but may be a few pounds high at present after his success at Navan in December. Winning point-to-pointer Tico made a winning debut over timber in a Tramore maiden but the handicapper has taken no chances and a bigger threat to them all should be City Hustler, whose three victories over timber have all been gained on quick ground and who should be fresh on his return after a break. He completed a double last summer before finishing out of the money behind ALMANYAN at Downpatrick and it's Adrian McGuinness' seven-year-old who gets the vote here as he's been waiting for the faster going. Down The Dale is another who is best on a fast surface and he would have a chance on his victory over this trip at Downpatrick in July.
