In depth

Verdict

City Line continues to run well without winning and is still a maiden over hurdles after 25 starts. The veteran Tin Town Boy finished runner-up in a handicap hurdle here in May and returned to action with a comfortable victory on the Flat at Galway on Saturday. Hurricane Jojo can't get his head in front but is running well enough for the assessor to keep raising him in the weights but Andalucia Lady looks capable of winning again soon, especially on this sort of ground. The Madden family won this with a heavily-supported favourite last year and MAD FOR ROAD can gain a repeat. He hasn't had much experience over timber but won on Polytrack at Dundalk in March and, as a son of Galileo, can be expected to improve.
