In depth

Verdict

Gagnant ran very well behind Cool Athlete at Tipperary but is probably suited by a longer trip than this and he's on a high enough mark. Bubbly Bellini is invariably thereabouts without quite managing to get there on turf and he's much better on Polytrack where he's won five times. Stones Peak ran very well at Naas and isn't without a chance while the lightly-raced Lansdowne is quite well treated though he's another who could do with a longer trip. TOPADEE was raised an incredible 14lb for scoring at Tipperary which is hardly surprising given the nature of her success. She hasn't had much racing and there's every chance she is much better than her current mark so she gets the vote.
