Ruby Walsh took the first running of this a year ago and will be hoping to repeat the process with High Cian, who has made steady rather than spectacular progress on the Flat this year. However, he finished 10 lengths behind Asiya when the latter scored over 1m4f here last month and Norman Cassidy's filly had run some fair races over timber before an early tumble at Listowel a couple of weeks ago. She looks certain to go well here but DOUBLE SEVEN really caught the eye when staying on strongly on his racecourse debut over 2m at Listowel and that should have put him right for this. Whisky Galore has a couple of decent runs to his credit while Ferris Bueller attracted major support on his debut between the flags at Bennettsbridge in February and didn't let supporters down.
