NonRunner

In depth

Verdict

Mount Mayon made a winning debut here before finishing runner-up at Lingfield but is conceding weight to a couple of recent three-year-old winners today. Prince Ali overturned the odds-on favourite in a three-runner contest here last month while MR EXCELLENCY scored over 7f here on his debut back in October. This longer trip shouldn’t be a problem for Mark Johnston’s colt and he’s preferred to Ron O, who also returns to action having finished runner-up at Redcar when last in action.
