Verdict

A difficult race to get a handle on from a form perspective and the market is likely to prove particularly informative, particularly around Ladurelli on his debut for David Flood. For all that, Michael Attwater sent out the winner of this race 12 months ago and there are grounds for siding with his FANOULPIFER who had excuses for an abject effort at Kempton last time (saddle slipped). Two runs previously, the ex-Italian gelding had finished a runner-up in this grade at Lingfield and, providing he acts on the fibresand, this prize may be within his range. Former Dermot Weld inmate, Stuccodor, looked on decent terms with himself when capturing a selling hurdle for a different yard 11 days ago and has to be respected along with True Ballew who may be able to step up on what she has shown in NH Flat events.
