    Verdict

A few of these have form that ties them together and a chance is taken with Lekin Sedona, who is marginally preferred over Diademas and Lujana in a modest handicap. The last named still has scope to improve and, having won in good style here in February, she has to be respected. Still, she is also a lot higher in the weights and, as she was well held off a 2lb lower mark last time out, she does not face an easy task. Similar comments apply to Bahamarama, who has gone up 5lb for last month's Wolverhampton success and now has a bit to prove. Diademas had been in good form until posting a dismal effort at Nottingham six days ago. The return to this All Weather surface may help and market confidence will be interesting. However, Lekin Sedona comes here on the back of his best effort to date and, assuming he can dish out a repeat dose, the son of Namid has a live chance of ridding himself of the maiden tag today.
