      Verdict

      Shostakovich was a disappointing favourite here last Saturday and though better is expected back over 6f it could be that the handicapper has his measure. Rowan Spirit scored over C&D last time but more is needed here and the vote goes to LENJAWI PRIDE. A winner on Polytrack early in the season, she has been racing in better company than this since and today's drop in class could see her back to winning ways. Miss Sinatra would have a chance if the first-time blinkers bring about a return to form.
