Argante has not progressed as expected and Alpine Secret showed little improvement despite finishing third on his reappearance. CONTEUR D’HISTOIRE (NAP) is preferred as he showed his first worthwhile form when second at Wetherby last month and Richard Johnson takes over the reins for this. Undisputed went close at Market Rasen last time and is another to consider while Woodfort and Sandymount have form in bumpers as they make their hurdling debuts. Earlshill and West Class are point-to-point winners hurdling for the first time but Rocky's Treasure never figured on his debut over timber.
