      Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with every little between many of the leading fancies but the principals look to be Fleet Anchor, Feast Of Romance and Lake Wakatipu and the narrow vote is given to Feast Of Romance. The selection would win this easily on his best form and although he has been slightly disappointing of late this looks his easiest task for a while and from a good draw he looks a value bet in Mutared Fleet Anchor rates the main danger on his latest third behind Mutamared. He runs off the same mark here and will not be far away. Lake Wakatipu is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Scotland The Brave. He has plenty of scope for improvement and should be noted in the market. Elms Schoolboy is another worthy of respect on his best form but he disappointed for no apparent reason last time out so he can not be put forward with any confidence. Pawn In Life is well weighted on his best form but he looks to have regressed of late. Of the remainder Whitchcraft showed improved form to be second last time out and will appreciate this l;onger trip so could go well at a price but in a race where stakes should be kept to a minimum for the winner we return to Feast Of Romance who looks sure to have the race run to suit.
