Not a strong race by any stretch of the imagination and on the short list are Blue Opal, Kentucky Bullet and Iamback and we give another chance to Blue Opal. Sally Hall's charge ran a stinker last time out but the bounce factor could well have been in play on that occasion and having had a couple of weeks away from the track, there is every chance that normal service could be resumed. Kentucky Bullet is a regular at this level although it is a year since he troubled the judge. He is nevertheless likely to have his supporters. Iamback is a mare that can only go at one pace...she is in good company here. Liquid Lover is often supported despite a relative lack of resolution in a finish. Sriology is tried over this trip having been campaigned over shorter in the past. Flyoff returns from a long-term absence. Ulshaw would have place claims on some of his better efforts. A dire affair in which Blue Opal is backed on potential rather than recent racecourse evidence.
