      Verdict

Catapult won over 7f at Lingfield in January and has gone close over the same distance here subsequently. He beat KATH’S BOY in that Lingfield event but the latter went on to score over the minimum trip at this venue and makes a quick reappearance having placed here on Tuesday. He’s just preferred to Essential, who has won on the Fibresand in the past and showed signs of a resurgence at Newcastle last time. Poppy May and Divine Call have both gone close here over the winter while Dream Ally and Fortinbrass have the past form if back to their best.
