    Verdict

Having previously proved difficult to place, Dee Star won three times last year but usually needs a run after a break. Fire Away won off a higher mark at Cartmel last year and represents last year’s winning stable and Dog Of War is back on a winning mark. JAYTEE wasn’t beaten far off a 3lb higher mark here in January. He was keeping on under a big weight at Wincanton last time and gets 9lb here from the likely favourite Aviewtosea, raised a further 5lb since making it 3-4 over fences at Worcester last September.
