    Verdict

POETIC PRINCESS has failed to build on promising placed efforts earlier in the year but is worth another chance on her Fibresand bow. Her half-brother Bentley scored three times on this surface and Jo Hughes' filly should also appreciate today's extra furlong. Bix has improved with every start though hasn't looked like winning so far. He's still preferred to Brazilian Clown and Naughtybychoice, who both posted below par efforts last time. Bougaloo is related to a Fibresand winner and is worth noting on his racecourse debut.
