      Verdict

Attorney is in great heart at the moment and must be considered, however we will take a chance on Shifty Night, with Aguila Loco also expected to go close. Shifty Night was beaten by Attorney over course and distance on the 2nd of January, going down by just three-quarters of a length. That was a good performance as he had a very wide draw. With a decent weight pull and a much better berth he is fully expected to reverse the form with that rival. The form also gained a boost last week as Attorney was given a race at Lingfield by the stewards after finishing second the Lady Pekan. It is far from being a two horse race, Aguila Loco has to come into the argument as well as he also has a nice weight pull with Attorney. and Radlett Lady won well over course and distance. We can envisage a very tight finish here and are hopeful Shifty Night can be the one with his head in front.
