Verdict

MALTEASE AH made all in an apprentices' race over C&D last month and is well drawn again. Despite a 6lb higher mark, Alan McCabe's filly can go in again as she's hardly run a bad race since getting off the mark at Leicester in August. Belle Bayardo is another who arrives in fine form and he has his sights lowered a little here while Captain Royale only found one too good at Redcar at the start of the month. Ivestar won at Catterick and Kempton last month but may be in the handicapper's grip now and Lucky Mark is also high enough in the weights now. Northern Bolt won at Hamilton in September but has been well beaten since.
