Verdict

FIRMOUNT GENT finally got his head in front over fences when scoring at Bangor earlier this month. But that was only his third start for Dan Skelton and further progress is expected here. Bajardo was left clear at the last to win at Taunton back in March and returns to action raised only 3lb while winning hurdler Midnight Walk makes his chasing debut today having won over timber at Sedgefield last month. The remainder also go chasing for the first time but have shown little over hurdles to recommend them in this.
