        Verdict

        Kylkenny has to hump topweight but can prove up to the task, with Yenaled, Indebted and Barking Mad all in with a shout. There are maybe a few here with more scope, but the 10-year-old Kylkenny has shown already of late that he is no back number, winning two of his last three starts here to take his tally on the track to an amazing 11. The way that he was eased down when scoring over a furlong shorter last time suggests that he will relish the move back up to 12 furlongs, and he is still a few pounds short of his highest winning mark on the all-weather. Yenaled went close on his first run for Phil McEntee here five days ago and is one for the short-list, while Indebted has time on his side at the age of three and also has Eddie Ahern on his back. Barking Mad has gone off the boil but is thrown in on his best form so has to merit a mention, but the sensible option has to be Kylkenny.
