In depth

Verdict

James Tate saddles two here. Battle Lines keeps finding one too good and has never raced on the surface though regular jockey Luke Morris has chosen him over Compliance, who he was on board when runner-up in a Wolverhampton handicap a couple of weeks ago. Andrew Balding has been amongst the winners so FACE LIKE THUNDER, who showed promise on his second start at Leicester in October, may be good enough as Raaqyah was quickly outpaced over the course and distance last time and Zarjaz was beaten 13l when runner-up at Wolverhampton.
