Verdict

A few of these have a bit to prove at present including I Am Colin, Hedley Lamarr and Some Buckle. Monetaire has a long absence to overcome while Doncaster winner Querry Horse is blinkered after making several mistakes before unseating his rider at Ludlow. Raktiman wasn’t winning out of turn at Sedgefield, however, and PULL THE CHORD (NAP) probably didn’t get home when favourite over 3m at Taunton last time. Philip Hobbs’ chasers are always worth a second look here and his charge had come up a well-handicapped rival when second at Ludlow on his penultimate start.
