Another tight handicap chase for punters to fathom with many in form rivals in opposition including Cobbet, Tamango and Burning Truth and we will take a chance on Tamango. The gelding from the Philip Hobbs yard was a fair second over course and distance last time out behind Burundi having been in front long enough if he is held up slightly longer he is taken to score and put his turn of foot to good use. Cobbet rates the main danger he was fifth behind Ballycassidy in a better race last time out and with conditions in his favour he will not be far away despite giving weight to all his rivals. Burning Truth is also worthy of consideration on his best form but he gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip when second behind Just Murphy last time so for that reason he is opposed here. Of the remainder Sir Norman is from a yard in form and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with Tamango.
