Verdict

Only seven take to the turf for this novices' chase, Gleann An Sagart was a winner over course and distance a couple of starts ago and although failing to follow up last time should do well now returning to the track but we side with EVELITH ECHO; Now Listen To Me also makes the shortlist. The selection was a winner over this trip just two starts ago and did well finishing runner up in a decent race at Hexham last time. Clearly in good form, the gelding looks much improved since stepping up in trip and looks capable of scoring here. Gleann An Sagart was a winner on his first start at this venue just two starts ago and really seemed to enjoy the ground. He failed to follow up on the promise shown with a weak effort at Worcester last time but if he returns to the form shown when last here he should at least make the principles. Paul Nicholls¿ trained Now Listen To Me looks much improved since returning to action back in May and the gelding should do well today. The market should revel some much needed clues to the rest who offer little on the bare form leading us to side with Evelith Echo.
