Some Judge can get the losses back to score at the expense of Why The Long Face, Klondike Charger and Paddy The Optimist. With a visor on for the first time, Some Judge will be a popular choice to make amends for his luckless defeat at Huntingdon 17 days ago when he got rid of Tony McCoy after running out with the race seemingly in the bag. He jinked the wrong side of a brush doll as his pilot was busy looking round for dangers and you can be sure that there will be no repeat of those antics today. In addition he gets weight off Why The Long Face who will need to settle better than when runner-up at Wetherby on only his second start over fences. Klondike Charger does not have as much scope at the age of ten but has recent winning form, as does Paddy The Optimist who might prefer more cut in the ground. Some Judge should take the beating though.
