Redemption has found his feet again now he has been dropped in grade and he can score again at the expense of Soviet Sceptre and Critical Stage. The selection was back in the winners enclosure at Southwell on Sunday and has been relishing this drop in company. In the past he was a high class act winning plenty of bigger races for Paul Webber and most recently Nigel Twiston-Davies. He is once again fairly treated and if showing his well being he will prove difficult to beat. Soviet Sceptres last win came on the flat at Chepstow but prior to that he was the winner of a seller at Newton Abbott. He ran well behind stable companion Flying Grey on the level last time out. He went onto win a handicap hurdle at Newton Abbott earlier in the week so the form looks rock solid therefore any market moves should be noted. Critical Stage will be another to note as he has the services of Tony McCoy on board and ran well enough in similar company last time out so is respected. But for the winner we return to Redemption.
