Verdict

Any further rain would prove beneficial to the chances of SHAMMICK BOY and Victor Dartnall's nine-year-old is recommended. Although he has never quite achieved all that was anticipated from him, he hails from a yard that are sending out winners from their handful of summer runners, and the step up in trip should suit. Monetary Fund holds few secrets from the handicapper but he was a fair second off this mark at Market Rasen. Scotsbrook Cloud is likely to have been freshened up by a recent run on the Flat while Oscar Prairie has struggled to build upon a recent success at Towcester. Staying chaser Qulinton tries to take advantage of a significantly lower mark over hurdles.
